Skill Setu provides support to the Training providers for the smooth execution of Skill Development Training and is committed to enhancing performance by providing suitable guidance, hand-holding, and setting up the process as per the standard operation procedure of training schemes.

Skill Setu Services basically into seven verticals

1.          Business Development :-  Identification of new revenue streams for the training providers.
2.          Proposal Making :- Preparing proposal (Detailed Project Report) as per department and  schemes   requirement keeping in the mind strength and weaknesses of  training providers.
3.         Team Hiring  :- Providing support in hiring experienced manpower for the execution of the  scheme as per   their guidelines.
4.          Operational Support :- Hand-holding training providers during the execution of the training  scheme.
5.           Monitoring and Evaluation :- Inspect the training operation of the training providers and after   due    analysis provide them a complete report showing the  performance toward the scheme objectives and if     needed   suggest the best possible solutions to overcome the current situation.
6.            Placement :- Providing placement support to the trainees who have completed training under    any   scheme of training providers to meet the scheme objective and get a    sustainable livelihood for the   beneficiaries.
7.            Project Closer and New Project :- Provide support to Training Providers in Project Closer and   process for identifying new project.
